Spacious and Bold Bathroom Remodel in Redfields Neighborhood
The original master bathroom was small and dated. Our clients desperately wanted to update it to a more modern and airy bathroom.
To address the issue of the cramped space, the Halcyon design team (Justin and David) came up with an innovative solution. We built a vertical extension above a single story portion of the first floor below. This allowed us to more than double the footprint of the bathroom without impacting the footprint of the house!
This new floor plan gave us the opportunity to deliver a generous luxury shower, a spacious vanity configuration with 2 sinks and ample storage and seating.
To create the airy, bright feeling we also added four additional windows which look out onto the tree canopy.
